Appum Studios, Ltd. ("Appum Studios") is committed to promoting accessibility so that people with disabilities and special needs can use and enjoy the range of products and services we offer, on our website and across our apps and virtual products.

About a quarter of the population encounters difficulties accessing the internet: people who are blind or have low vision, people who are deaf or hard of hearing, people with motor disabilities, older adults, and more. We invest significant resources to make our website easier to use and more accessible, out of a strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

Level of Conformance

We have made the necessary adjustments to our website and have implemented the accessibility rules as much as possible in line with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013, and the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.1 guidelines. We aim to meet level AA.

Accessibility on the site is optimized for the leading browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.

Accessibility Widget

We provide a free and open-source accessibility component (Sienna) integrated into the site. You can open the accessibility menu by clicking the accessibility icon that appears in the corner of every page. The menu offers many options, such as adapting the site for screen reader users, keyboard navigation, enlarging fonts, adjusting spacing and line height, stopping animations, inverting colors, using grayscale, highlighting links, enlarging the cursor, a reading guide, and text to speech. The solution supports screen reader software such as JAWS and NVDA.

What the Site Includes

The site is built with a valid semantic structure, keyboard navigation support (the Tab key moves between elements and the Enter key activates them), sufficient color contrast, alternative text for images, adaptation to screens and mobile devices, and the ability to enlarge or reduce the display using the Ctrl key together with plus or minus. You can also switch between a light and a dark display mode.

Exceptions and Reservations

We continue our efforts to improve the site's accessibility as part of our commitment to allow its use by the entire population, including people with disabilities and special needs. Despite our efforts to make every page accessible, you may come across parts that have not yet been made fully accessible, including third-party content that is not fully under our control. Every request will be reviewed promptly.
